Using Crimson Scheduler

Find a class

Pick a campus and term, then search by subject + number or by course title.

Add your section

Select the section you want. If a lab is required, choose both the lecture and lab before adding.

Remove a class

Click a class on the calendar to remove it. Use Remove in the misc list for arranged, online, or TBA classes.

Desktop-only tips

  • Hover over a section in search results to preview where it lands on your calendar.
  • Hover over a class on your schedule to see details like instructor, location, and meeting time.
  • Use Options to hide weekends when you want a cleaner Monday-Friday view.

Start in Search

Use the Search tab to choose a campus and term, then search by course number or title.

Tap Add

Select a section, add it, and the app will jump to your Schedule tab.

Tap a calendar block to remove it, or use Remove for classes in the misc list.

Tip: use Actions to share a code, import a code, or export your schedule image.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use Crimson Scheduler. These terms may be updated over time, and continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

About Crimson Scheduler

Crimson Scheduler is a WSU-focused schedule builder that helps students search course offerings and assemble a tentative weekly class schedule. It uses publicly accessible course schedule data and provides a responsive calendar UI for desktop and mobile.

No Official University Affiliation

Crimson Scheduler is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, operated by, or endorsed by Washington State University.

User Responsibilities

  • Use the site lawfully and responsibly.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the site.
  • Verify course times, seats, locations, requirements, registration status, and deadlines with official university systems before making academic decisions.
  • Do not rely on Crimson Scheduler as a substitute for official advising, enrollment, or registration tools.

Accuracy and Availability

Course information can change without notice. Crimson Scheduler may be unavailable, incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate at times. The site does not guarantee that a course is open, that a section is available, that a schedule is valid, or that a user can register for selected courses.

Intellectual Property

Crimson Scheduler's project code is made available under the MIT License. The Crimson Scheduler name, site design, and project materials should not be used in a way that suggests official university endorsement. University names, course data, and related marks belong to their respective owners.

Prohibited Uses

  • Do not use the site for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
  • Do not attempt to bypass security, rate limits, or access controls.
  • Do not use automated traffic in a way that degrades the service for others.
  • Do not misrepresent Crimson Scheduler as an official Washington State University service.

Crimson Scheduler is provided "as is" and "as available." The site is intended as a planning aid only. It does not provide academic advice, enrollment confirmation, degree requirement verification, or registration services.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crimson Scheduler and its maintainer are not liable for losses or damages arising from use of the site, inability to use the site, errors in course information, schedule conflicts, missed registration opportunities, or reliance on information displayed by the site.
